At our 2026 Ladies Lunch, we welcomed Tina Thomas, CEO of the Edmonton Community Foundation (ECF), for a conversation about generosity, community and the role ECF plays in Edmonton. Tina shares how the foundation grew from an idea backed by two Edmonton families into a community-driven organization that has now surpassed $1 billion in assets under management and granted more than $55 million this year. She also explains how ECF helps donors give back while directing support toward needs across the community.
